Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Shampoos, perfumes & grooming items

Other perishable or consumable goods
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 2 to 4 working days to reflect in your account (excluding holidays). In some cases, depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 to 10 working days.
If you haven’t received your refund within the given time:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (posting delays are possible).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued at over Rs. 1,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if the product is used, damaged, or not returned in its original packaging.
