At Petlife.pk, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

• Delivery Charges
  Delivery charges for food and litter items are calculated according to their weight. Other products may have fixed or variable delivery charges depending on size, packaging, and delivery location.

• Order Processing
  Orders placed on Sundays or on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed on the following working day. Our team works diligently to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order promptly.

• Delivery Timeframe
  Standard delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays). In some cases, such as during sales, festive seasons, or times of high demand, deliveries may take up to 7 working days. We will keep you updated in case of any unexpected delays.

• Order Confirmation
  To ensure accuracy and smooth processing, all orders from new customers are confirmed through a call, SMS, or WhatsApp by one of our Customer Service Representatives. Returning customers may not always require reconfirmation, but we may still contact you if necessary.

• Shipping Responsibility
  Once dispatched, your order is handled by our trusted delivery partners. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions may affect shipping schedules.
